This xine option is usefull only in some situations.
It should be enabled only when you don't have "EnableAGPDMA" in your 
xorg conf, which is the prefered option. Actually, unichrome_cpu_save 
should only be used with K8M800, which doesn't support the xorg option, 
iirc.
