[Openchrome-users] DVI-02 drivers

Actually, the EPIA DVI-02 board doesn't use a VT1631L after all.

It uses an Sil164 transmitter:

The chip seems to be pretty simple.

How would the drivers detect its presence and initialize it?

Can someone walk me through adding support for this out-of-band
(for the list)?
